FAQ
Arrival Time
Guests are advised to arrive 45 minutes prior to their scheduled tour departure. Punctuality is essential, as tours depart on time to respect all guests. Regrettably, refunds are not available for missed tours due to late arrivals.
Pickup Location
The boat departs from the launch site at 1 Holomoana Street. For easy reference, it is located near the Prince Waikiki Hotel, just west (ewa) of the hotel’s valet area.
Parking Options
Paid parking is available adjacent to the boat slips at $1 per hour. Non-validated valet parking is also offered by the Waikiki Prince Hotel nearby. The Chart House and Red Lobster restaurants offer additional parking, just a short 3-minute walk from the dock. Please note that parking during peak times can be challenging, so guests may want to consider arriving early or using a taxi/rideshare service. DO NOT PARK IN YELLOW-MARKED SPACES –
TOWING IS STRICTLY ENFORCED.
Weather Cancellations
In the event of unfavorable weather, tours may be canceled for the safety and comfort of all guests. Guests have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund by contacting our team at (808) 723-0000.
Cancellations & Rebooking
Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled tour. For assistance with rebooking or refunds, please contact our reservations department at (808) 723-0000.
Alcohol and Non-Alcohol Beverages & Drug Policy
Certain tours offer alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for purchase. Guests must be at least 21 years old to purchase and consume alcohol. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcoholic beverages on any tours. Guests who arrive and are under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be permitted to take any tours.
Tips
Our crew is always appreciative of your tips. Tips are not included in the tour price.
Age Restrictions
For swimming and snorkeling tours, a minimum age of 7 years is recommended. Families with children of all ages are welcome on other tours, with children aged 3 and under riding for free.
Life Jackets
All boats are fully equipped with life vests for emergency situations. For swimming and snorkeling tours, flotation belts are provided to ensure buoyancy while snorkeling.
Crew Certifications
All crew members are certified in ocean safety and maintain CPR certifications.
Pets
Only service animals with proper documentation are permitted on board.
Whale Watching Season
Whale watching tours are available from December 15th through April 15th. Dates may be subject to change.

This was an amazing experience, not as crowded as other sails. The crew knew the ins and outs of the area and catered to everyones needs perfectly. Unlike other tours we were able to actually snorkle around insteas of holding onto a floating booey and staying in place. I will definitely be going back for more adventures with this company.
